Policies & Expectations

General Policies

1. All Jounce House rental equipment is delivered in good condition, and it is expected that it will be returned in the same condition. Damage to our bounce houses will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house, and will be charged to the card on file.

2. The customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damage to property and agrees to release and hold Jounce House, LLC. harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his or her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, the customer hereby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by the customer to the total paid to Jounce House, LLC. for the rental.

3. Customer agrees to Jounce House, LLC's right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess the said equipment.

4. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.

5. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.

6. If the bounce house and/or other equipment left with the customer is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the renter agrees to pay the entire cost to replace the bounce house and/or equipment.

7. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed or implied.

8. The person/s or organization renting this equipment from Jounce House, LLC. will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.

Set Up Policy

All bounce houses must be set up in a clean area, within 100 feet of an outlet and with 3 feet of clearance on all sides. We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We will not, under any circumstances, set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Sticks, rocks, animal waste etc., that are in the area where you would like us to set up, are to be cleaned up and removed before our arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know, at least 1 week in advance, for a full refund of your payment. If you do not, all payments made will be forfeited.

Right to Cancel Policy

In the event that we determine a situation is dangerous and/or uncomfortable for our employees or not ideal for business success, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately. Our employees' well-being and business ethics take precedence over business transactions.

Payment Policy

All reservations are to be paid for in full, a week prior to your event. We do not carry cash or card readers. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance, by the due date, your deposit will be forfeited, and your reservation will be canceled.

Party Hard Fee

Each rental includes a full cleaning after each use. Should you return our bounce house with an excessive mess, your card on file will be charged a minimal $350 fee for additional cleaning services. Any damage to our bounce house will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house and will be
charged to the card on file.

Charge-back Policy

All fraud, including credit card fraud, will not be accepted by Jounce House, LLC. and as such will be fully investigated and pursued under the law to its fullest extent. Any losses resulting in Jounce House, LLC's behalf will be fully pursued in a civil lawsuit to claim back any losses incurred, covering all business, legal fees, research costs, human resources, and loss of income.

I have read the above Policies & Expectations and fully understand that my acceptance of the terms and conditions during the booking process expressly acknowledges that I fully agree to all terms contained in the Policies & Expectations. I am fully responsible for the bounce house and any equipment left in my care. I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
