Bounce House Weather Rules

1. If inclement weather arrives on your event date, please let us know by 8:00 AM if you would like to re-schedule or alter the set-up location. We can easily set up indoors. If we are not notified by 8:00 AM, the reservation will be set up as scheduled. Once set up is complete, there are no refunds or
re-schedules.

2. Our bounce houses must be secured to the ground at all times, via stakes or sandbags, to prevent tipping or injury.

3. In the event that wind speeds reach 15+ MPH, you are to unplug the bounce house to prevent injury to jumpers or damage to the bounce house.

4. Bounce houses can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, everyone must exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.

5. Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. The risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower are possible.

6. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or
imminent deterioration of weather conditions.

I have read the above Bounce House Weather Rules and fully understand that my acceptance of the terms and conditions during the booking process expressly acknowledges that I fully agree to all terms contained in the Bounce House Weather Rules. I am fully responsible for the bounce house and any equipment left in my care. I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
