According to our awesome customer agreement, we need a 50% deposit to lock in your party adventure. The rest of the payment is due one week before your big event.

Just remember, all payments are due one week before your event - it's like the final countdown to bouncing bliss! Oh, and a quick heads-up our Jounce House heroes don't carry cash or card readers, so let's keep the party going smoothly by bouncing those payments through our website & invoice links.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Oops, change of plans? No worries, we're here to keep the bounce vibes
positive! If you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a shout-out by phone or a buzz through email at least one week before your scheduled arrival. That way, we can ensure you get a full refund. But if you leave us hanging, it's like trying to catch bubbles in the wind, all payments made will be scooped up by Jounce House and stay with us. No refunds, no bounce-backs!
What is your weather policy?
If Mother Nature decides to rain on your bounce parade, fear not! Just give us a shout-out by 8:00 AM if you want to switch things up or find a cozy indoor spot for bouncing.
