All reservations are to be paid in full, a week prior to your event. We do not carry cash or card readers. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance, by the due date, your deposit will be forfeited and your reservation will be canceled.

Should you return our bounce house with an excessive mess, your card on file will be charged a minimal $350 fee for additional cleaning services. Any damage to our bounce house will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house.

If inclement weather arrives on your event date, please let us know by 8:00 AM if you would like to re-schedule or alter the set up location. We can easily set up indoors. If we are not notified by 8:00 AM, the reservation will be set up as scheduled.

All sharp objects need to be kept away from and out of our bounce houses. If you attach adornments to the bounce house and need assistance removing them properly, just let us know during pick up. We are happy to assist. Any damage caused by sharp objects will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house.

Paint and glitter of any kind is not permitted in or around our bounce houses. Our policy includes face paint, confetti, glitter, silly string and gender reveal powder. These items can cause permanent staining. Additional cleaning and damages will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house.

All food and drinks are strictly prohibited from entering our bounce houses. This policy includes gum and candy. We strictly enforce this to ensure your guest's safety, your safety and to ensure the longevity of our bounce houses. Additional cleaning will incur a $350 cleaning fee.

Fur babies are strictly prohibited from entering our bounce houses. Their nails can cause irreparable damage and pet "accidents" are not covered under our regular cleaning costs. Cleaning and damages caused by pets will incur charges, up to the cost of a new bounce house.

Bounce houses must be set up in a clean area, within 100 feet of an outlet and with 3 feet of clearance on all sides. We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We will not, set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Please ensure the set up area is clean before our arrival.
